Dr. Ugo Grossi is a General Surgeon with vast experience in Colorectal and Proctology. He graduated in Medicine and Surgery with full marks and honors from the Sacred Heart Catholic University of Rome in 2007 and specialized in General Surgery at the A. Gemelli Polyclinic in 2015. Between 2015 and 2019 he carried out his PhD at Queen Mary University of London. He is currently Medical Director of General Surgery at the Complex Operational Unit of General Surgery 2 of the Regional Hospital of Treviso AULSS2 Marca Trevigiana. Furthermore, since 2022 he has held the position of Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Padua. Dr. Ugo Grossi is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor pathologies such as: faecal and urinary incontinence, constipation, pelvic prolapse, hemorrhoidal disease, anal fissure, perianal fistulas and abscesses, pilonidal cyst. He is the author of over 100 publications and book chapters in international journals with impact factor.
