What data processing do we perfomr, for what purposes and for how long?
DATA PROCESSING PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS RETENTION PERIOD
Website Operation To manage the proper functioning of the website and its operation: personal data will be processed to the strictly necessary extent to provide and ensure the security of the application and information, with the legitimate basis being the legitimate interest pursued by the controller, in accordance to the art. 6.1.f) del GDPR The collected data will be retained for the strictly necessary time to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected; and in any case to determine any potential liabilities that may arise from this purpose, considering the established periods in the applicable regulations.
Inquiries and technical support To respond to user request and/or inquiries, with the legitimate treatment being the legitimate interest in accordance to the art. 6.1.f) del GDPR. The data will be retained until the request is resolved. In any case, it may be retained to determine any potential liabilities that may arise from this purpose.
Sending informational communication and Newsletter Subscription to updated, promotions and offers from the company, with the legitimate treatment being the explicit consent in accordance with art. 6.1.a) del GDPR.
