Graduated in Medicine from the Universitat de Barcelona (Campus Clínic) in 2015, and subsequently practicing residency in General Surgery and Digestive System at the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. Chief Resident and representative of surgical specialties in the Teaching Commission of the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona until 2021. Trained in all areas of General Surgery, with emphasis in recent years in Gastrointestinal Esophagogastric Surgery. I have participated in different lines of research, including Colorectal Surgery, Liver Transplantation, Esophagogastric Surgery, Pancreatic Transplantation and Abdominal Wall. In recent years I have presented multiple papers at local, national and international congresses. I have also been specially trained in emergency surgery and the management of severe polytraumatized patients, and I have published multiple scientific articles and communications to congresses in this field. I am currently a PhD student at the University of Barcelona, and collaborator in multicenter research projects at international level. Reviewer of scientific articles of the journal Cirugía Española.
