Cindy Kin is a colorectal surgeon and Associate Professor of Surgery at Stanford University, and the Director of Well-being for the Stanford Department of Surgery. She completed her general surgery residency at Stanford and her colorectal fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. She is also board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine. Her clinical practice includes management of colorectal malignancies, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticular disease, and benign anorectal conditions. Her research focuses on prehabilitation, perioperative optimization, and improving short- and long-term health for surgical patients through health behavior changes.
