Dr. Dip completed his medical school in Rosario, Santa Fe Argentina. He completed his residency and fellowship in General Surgery and Surgical Oncology at the Hospital de Clinicas Jose de San Martin in Buenos Aires. He did a Fellowship in Cleveland Clinic Florida, in the city of Miami. He is the current president of the International Society of Fluorescence Guided Surgery.
Dr. Dip is a member of multiple Latin American surgical associations and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He conducted clinical trials for FDA approval of fluorescence guided devices.
