Dr. Frank Van der Aa

Frank Van der Aa is acting head of the Department of Urology in the University Hospitals Leuven and staff member of the National MS Center in Melsbroek, both in Belgium. In addition, he is associate professor of the Faculty of Medicine at the Catholic University of Leuven. His special clinical interests are in neuro-urology, male and female incontinence, reconstructive urology and non muscle invasive bladder cancer. His major research interest include animal models of stress urinary incontinence, interstitial cells, nerve regeneration and stem cell applications and non muscle invasive bladder cancer.
