Pr. Dr Irene Bello is senior specialist at Thoracic Surgery Department in Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. She is associated professor at Universidad de Barcelona. She has conducted as principal investigator different multicenter randomized trials in the field of lung transplantation to focus on lung donation and primary graft dysfunction. Furthermore, she is board member of ECTTA and coordinator of Emergent Group of Thoracic Surgery (Spanish Society of Pneumology and Thoracic Surgery).
