Dr. Magdalena Rodríguez Martínez is a third year surgery resident at Hospital del Salvador, in Santiago de Chile. She is the actual Chief Resident of the east section of the General Surgery program dictated by University of Chile.
She went to medical school at the University of Concepción, located in the Bío-Bío region of Chile. After graduating as a medical doctor in December 2019, she started the General Surgery program at the University of Chile in April 2020, which is estimated to finish in April 2023.Her main professional and scientific interest focus on minimally invasive gastrointestinal surgery, endoscopic surgery and surgical education.
