Dr. SchMiyah Smith is a General Surgery Resident (PGY-4) in the Howard University General Surgery Residency Program, a well-established surgical training program based in Washington, D.C., and affiliated with Howard University Hospital. As a senior resident, she is undergoing advanced clinical training across the full breadth of general surgery, including acute care, trauma, minimally invasive surgery, and surgical subspecialties.
