- Patient diagnosed with Stage IIIC high-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary (extensive peritoneal dissemination with multivisceral involvement)
- Neoadjuvant CT treatment begins. 4 cycles
- Clinical, biochemical and radiological response
- Cytoreductive Radical Surgery plus Heated IntraPeritoneal
- Chemotherapy (CRS + HIPEC) is proposed
