Dr. Luigi Boni (Italy) and his team at Fondazione IRCCS Ca’ Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico di Milano (Italy) will perform a Lap Right Colectomy with CME + Cholecystectomy with Fluorescence and answer all your questions.

Clinical History:

  •  Recurrent biliary colics, colic abdominal pain at the right iliac fossa for a few months.


Procedure steps:

  1.  Laparoscopic cholecystectomy using the same port for right colectomy
  2.  Dissection of the superior mesenteric vein
  3.  High ligation of the vessels
  4.  Dissection of Henle’s trunk
  5.  Complete mesocolic excision
  6.  Intracorporeal anastomosis


Trainings Objectives:

  • Describing the use of fluorescences
  • Describing the technique for complete mesocolic excision
