Robotic colorectal surgery has enjoyed rapid growth for surgeons in practice as well as surgeons in training. Teaching surgeons how to properly and safely perform robotic colorectal surgery is of paramount importance. This program will explore methods of teaching and of learning. Multiple internationally renowned colorectal surgeons demonstrate their teaching styles. Program participants will greatly benefit from the wisdom of these experts by reflecting on optimal methods of ensuring safe efficient robotic skills acquisition.
