77 years old, female.
3 cm left kidney pyelic stone.
Technique description
Patient in Valdivia supine position, transpapillary kidney puncture under Endovision with 0-90 degrees technique, dilatation and Holmium laser lithotripsy.
Procedure steps
Endovision puncture with LithoVue.
Dilatation with two guidewires up to 18Fr percutaneous access sheath.
Lithotripsy with high-power Holmium laser and MOSES technology.
Training Objectives
To learn the correct kidney puncture in a supine position.
To learn how to do dilatation in Mini-PCNL.
To learn how to use high-power Holmium laser during surgery.
