Difficult Cholecystectomy

The chronic inflammation of the gallbladder represents a challenge for the general surgeon, and emergency surgery often requires certain advanced skills which are difficult to teach and translate to second or third-year residents. The purpose of this presentation is to teach some useful tips and tricks for the surgeon in training.
