More than 40% of the world's humanitarian aid budget is spent annually on equipment. This figure greatly reduces the capacities of NGOs, which cannot meet more than 50% of the world's aid requests.
If we want to increase NGO resources, why not go straight to the root of the problem: cut as much as possible of the 40% that NGOs spend annually on essential equipment.
