The pathological anatomy revealed an in situ adenocarcinoma in an appendicular tubular adenoma, with extracellular mucoproduction, formation of mucocele and appendicular pseudomyxoma limited to the wall of the cecal appendix. Margin of surgical resection with high grade dysplasia. The study was completed with a CT scan and a colonoscopy with normal results. Which therapeutic option would you follow?
