Dr. Peter Kronenberg, a versatile medical professional, has built a multifaceted career in the field of urology. His educational journey commenced with a degree in Medicine from the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa between 1998 and 2004.
Afterward, Dr. Kronenberg embarked on a diverse medical career, starting with a General Medical Residency at Hospitais Civis de Lisboa in 2005-2006. Following this, he pursued an Internal Medicine Residency at Hospital do Desterro in 2006. From 2008 to 2013, Dr. Kronenberg demonstrated his dedication to serving his country as a military doctor, with appointments at institutions such as the Hospital das Forças Armadas and Hospital Militar. With a focus on urology, he completed his Urology Residency at Hospital Professor Doutor Fernando da Fonseca from 2008 to 2014. His commitment to the field extended to his role as an Assistant Doctor in Urology at the same institution from 2014 to 2018. Dr. Peter Kronenberg's pursuit of excellence led him to seek international experience. In 2010, he participated in a medical internship at Detroit Medical Center – Karmanos Cancer Institute in Detroit. Additionally, in 2012, he undertook an internship at Hôpital Tenon in Paris. In 2015, Dr. Kronenberg achieved the esteemed recognition of becoming a Fellow of the European Board of Urology, a testament to his dedication to advancing his urological expertise.
