With 14 recognized surgical specialties and up to 36 subspecialties to consider, the options can be both overwhelming and exhilarating. This event aims to shed light on this critical decision-making process. We will highlight several key factors to consider when selecting a specialty, ensuring that it aligns with your personal interests and long-term career aspirations. By providing insights and guidance, we hope to empower residents to make informed choices that will shape their professional futures.
